For Ukraine only men can get the 5-Day-Shenzhen-Visa, women can not!. The charge is RMB 409 (about US$ 60).

For Indonesians, sadly, nobody can get the 5-Day-Shenzhen-Visa. Before males could get it visa. Now all Indonesian passport holders can’t. Information dated: August 29th 2018
Some updates in July 2018: I was told by a 5-Day-Shenzhen-Visa staff that the ‘must have passport with China stamp‘ rule stopped. You can get the 5-Day-Shenzhen-Visa now with a new passport.
