China has announced a unilateral 15-day visa-free entry policy for holders of ordinary passports from Ireland and Switzerland.
France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Malaysia, where already visa free since December 1, 2023.
That means, you can just enter Mainland China without applying any visa. Obviously you will not need the 5-Day-Shenzhen-Visa if you are from one of the eight countries.
